“I was going on a 2 week vacation and needed a place to board my then 10 month old cocker spaniel. I was nervous about leaving her for so long, this being the first time I had boarded her anywhere. Katy met with me and Sophie prior to leaving her there. Katy was reassuring and I made a reservation for her to stay. Upon returning from my trip, I found Sophie comfortable in her surroundings and obviously well cared for. I would reccommend boarding your dog with Katy to anyone who desired their dog having freedom and socialization with other dogs not usually found in other boarding facilities.”
“Ruff House boarding is great fun for my dogs. I've sent both my dogs there several times and they love it. They get to run around outside, sleep inside and get spoiled by the family. Katy "previews" all her clients to make sure the dogs will get along, and with her vet assistant knowledge I never have to worry about them. This is FAR better than a traditional kennel with concrete floors and individual runs. I've had to use those before and this is SO much better. Dogs are a lot happier too.”
